Enter Green Solutions was born in 2021 from the collective expertise of three individuals with diverse backgrounds in design, materials and construction. Fueled by a shared passion for sustainability, our founders united to address a prevalent issue: the substantial absence of trusted experts in green construction. We stand as the solution, committed to filling the gap and revolutionizing the landscape of healthy, environmentally conscious building practices.

FAQs

  • We focus mostly on residential (single family and low-rise multifamily) and light commercial renovations, addition and new construction. Projects as small as a single room or entire building are within our capability. We also can do corporate, commercial, warehouse and retail renovations, additions or new construction readily.

  • We are located conveniently in Central New Jersey and able to serve all of New Jersey, Bucks County & eastern PA to Philadelphia for direct construction. Other consulting services such as owner representation, cost estimaing, IAQ, waste, and commissioning can be done virtually anywhere in the Country.

  • Enter Green Solutions is a licensed and insured general contractor in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

  • Yes, our initial meeting with you to understand your project and the services needed is free. Following that meeting we will prepare a proposal for your review.

  • Estimates are not free as they require a significant amount of time and effort from our team and the many trades we work with to accurately price your project. If we are the contractor on the project, we may credit back some or all of the fees related to estimating as part of the construction services.

  • The contractor is responsible for obtaining permits using signed and sealed drawings provided by licensed design professionals. Costs for permits are the responsibility of the Owner.

  • We maintain a small in-house crew for carpentry and site supervision. All other trades are subcontractors which we coordinate and manage fully.

  • Each project is unique in its constraints, timeline, budget and design. Depending on the services being provided, we may charge hourly or as a lump sum as mutually agreed.

  • Generally we offer a 1 year workmanship warranty on construction services. Warranties for materials and systems are as provided by the individual manufacturers & suppliers.
